Freshness
How long does the popcorn stay fresh?
Sweet and specialty flavors stay fresh for up to 3 months. Savory and classic flavors are best within about 2 weeks.
How should I store it?
Keep the bag or tin sealed tightly in a cool, dry spot. Skip the fridge, since moisture makes popcorn chewy.
What kind of popcorn do you use?
We use 100% non-GMO kernels and pop everything in small batches in our in-store kitchen. Our Buttery flavor is popped in coconut oil.
Allergies & diets
Do your products contain nuts, dairy or gluten?
Some flavors contain nuts, dairy or wheat, and everything is made in the same kitchen. If you have an allergy, please ask us before you buy and we'll walk you through your options.
Do you have sugar free or vegan candy?
Yes. We carry sugar free candy and a selection of vegan candy. Ask at the counter or browse the candy shop online.
Shipping & orders
Do you ship?
Yes, to every state except Hawaii. Orders ship from El Dorado Hills with whichever carrier is best for your order within 1 to 2 business days (up to 3 during the holidays) and usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $9.99 under $35, $14.99 for $35 and up. We ship to every state except Hawaii. Pickup at the shop in El Dorado Hills is always free.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of ordering. After that, call us and we'll see what we can do.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Because it's food, we can't accept returns. But if anything isn't right, call us and we'll make it right.
Do you ship chocolate in warm weather?
Yes, we ship chocolate all year. During hotter seasons, chocolate may melt in transit, so please keep that in mind when you order.
Can I order ahead and pick up?
Yes. Order online, choose pickup, and most orders are ready in about an hour. Bigger orders can take longer, so call us at (916) 235-2400 if you need it by a certain time.
Do you deliver locally?
The fastest way is to order online and pick up at the shop. For delivery around El Dorado Hills, you can also find us on DoorDash.
How do gift cards work?
Buy one online at nibblerspopcorn.com/gifts in $10 to $100 amounts and it arrives in your email, ready to forward and use online or at the counter in El Dorado Hills. You can also pick one up in the shop.
Big orders
How much notice do you need for a large order?
Give us at least 3 days for large orders. Custom colors need about a week.
Can you make popcorn in custom colors?
Yes. Custom colors have a 275-cup minimum and about one week of lead time. Great for weddings, showers and school spirit.
How much popcorn do I need for a popcorn bar?
Plan on about 3 cups per guest. Try our party planner to do the math.
Do you do corporate gifts?
Yes. Logo labels, custom colors and shipping to one address or many. Request a quote.
Do you do fundraisers?
Yes, for schools, teams, scouts and nonprofits. See how it works.

Is the shop accessible?
Yes, the shop is wheelchair accessible, and we take Apple Pay, Google Pay and tap-to-pay cards.
