A Windy City blend of our Cheddar Cheese and Classic Caramel popcorn. Sweet and salty in the same handful.
What it tastes like
Chicago
Chicago style popcorn is simple: caramel corn and cheddar popcorn, mixed together. What makes it good is making both halves well. Our caramel is cooked from scratch with butter, dark brown sugar and pure vanilla. Our cheddar is coated with real cheddar.
Toss them together and every handful is different. Orange fingers are part of the deal.

What is Chicago mix popcorn?

What is the difference between Chicago and Dorado?
Chicago uses our orange Cheddar Cheese popcorn. Dorado, named for our hometown, uses White Cheddar with the same Classic Caramel.
